The Mission

In Texas, 1 in 5 moms will struggle with a maternal mental health challenge like postpartum depression or anxiety. For many, the biggest barrier to getting better is the cost of care and the feeling of isolation.

At Nurtured TX, we believe support should never be out of reach. We provide:

  • No-Cost Therapy: Individual clinical support for moms across Central Texas.

  • Weekly Peer Support: A safe, consistent space for moms to connect and realize they aren't alone.

Today, our goal is to raise $1,000 to keep these vital programs free for every mom who needs them.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! Nurtured TX is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. If you choose not to receive a gift, 100% of your donation is tax-deductible. If you do receive a gift, your deductible amount is your total donation minus the fair market value (FMV) of the item.

    • Sweatshirt FMV: $30

    • Tee FMV: $20

    • Tote Bag FMV: $15

  • 100% of the proceeds stay in Texas. Your funds go directly toward paying our licensed clinicians for no-cost therapy sessions and covering the operational costs of both this program and our weekly peer support groups.

  • Absolutely. Simply select the "No Gift - 100% Tax Deductible" option in the dropdown menu. This ensures that every cent of your contribution goes directly toward our therapy and support programs.

  • After selecting a donation amount of $50 or more, use the "Designation" dropdown menu within the donation form to select your preferred item and size. We update our "Designation" menu in real-time as items are claimed. If two donors happen to select the same final item simultaneously, we will contact you immediately via email to offer an alternative size or the tote bag.

  • We are a small, local team! We aim to process and ship all thank-you gifts within 7–10 business days following World Maternal Mental Health Day.
