Central Texas
Connect to Care Program
At Nurtured TX, we offer a range of services to support individuals navigating mental health challenges during pregnancy and postpartum. For those living in Williamson, Travis, Bastrop, Caldwell, or Hays counties who are unable to afford care, we provide a unique option to help make treatment accessible.
The Central Texas Connect to Care Program connects eligible individuals with licensed mental health providers specially trained in Perinatal Mental Health Disorders (PMHDs), including postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. Participants receive up to 10 free therapy sessions with a qualified provider, scheduled directly between the client and therapist, to address mental health needs during this critical period.
For more information or questions, please contact us at hello@nurturedtx.org.
