Central Texas
Connect to Care Program
At Nurtured TX, we offer a range of services to support individuals navigating mental health challenges during pregnancy and postpartum. For those living in Williamson, Travis, or Hays counties who are unable to afford care, we provide a unique option to help make treatment accessible.
The Central Texas Connect to Care Program connects eligible individuals with licensed mental health providers specially trained in Perinatal Mental Health Disorders (PMHDs) — including postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD — at a significantly reduced cost. Participants receive up to 10 therapy sessions with a qualified provider, scheduled directly between the client and therapist, to address mental health needs during this critical period.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be accepted into the Connect to Care program:
Experiencing symptoms of a Perinatal Mental Health Disorder (PMHD), confirmed either by a physician/counselor or through our application screening process
Either pregnant or within 12 months postpartum
Resident of Travis, Williamson, or Hays counties
Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
If you are unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to complete the application and a Nurtured TX team member will review your information and guide you to the appropriate next steps.

Please note: This program is currently open only to residents of Williamson, Travis, or Hays counties. If you are seeking care outside of these counties, please visit our Kristi’s List Provider Directory for additional resources. Many listed clinicians offer virtual/telehealth services.
